Exchanges

If your are not satisfied with your garment, we would gladly offer an exchange for another item in our studio. We ask you to return within 14 days of the delivered date. Unworn and in its original condition.

Please send an e-mail to akinalchemy@gmail.com with the subject 'exchange'. Please let us know why you are returning your art so we can help you find a new piece.

Since we are a small scale shop we are unable to offer free shipping on returns. Therefore, the purchaser would be responsible for sending the item back in order to initiate the exchange.
